The buyer bought an Antique Drill Bite holder from me which I have the photos of from every angle. Then he gets it and said he wanted to return it for it had some paint on the end of it which it did not. I knew something was wrong and I reminded him that my ad clearly says no returns and no refunds by if he is that unhappy return it for a refund less the postage. So I got it I gave the refund before I opened the box for I trusted it was it and then I opened the box to find it was replaced with a different drill bit holder with paint on the end of it. I went to his eBay store and looked and there was my holder in his eBay store for sale #360622075908 that he had stolen from me. The sad thing is too he was allowed to leave me negative feedback which EBAY does not protect the seller from nor care about. This is unfair. Sellers should Stop selling on eBay and sell only on other sites till eBay listens and fix’s the policy of not caring about sellers. |

I've had that done to me too! Not by this buyer, but another buyer from England. He had two different ebay user accounts. He purchased a betty boop lot from me. Then by mistake, the moron emails me from his other account. I don't think he realized he was emailing me from a different account, until it was too late. So the story goes, she claims an item not received. About a month later, I notice that this buyer who claimed item not received, puts the stuff up for sale on his other account. IF I where you I would report this buyer, and mention to ebay that he is turning around and selling stolen merchandise. Next thing I would do is report him to the either the post office or whatever ship service you used. Report him as fraud! Next thing I would do is report him to the state of BBB. Tell them they are bait and switch products from other ebay sellers. Hope this helps.
