I purchased a violin from this seller, description on her website still can be found if she didn’t delete it. But I kept the screenshot. Should be in 100 % perfect condition and ready to play. I paid 3-5 days UPS shipping which cost 180 euros. After 20 days the temperature reaches to 95 degree in mass USA. I got the broken violin, which a very old long seam and nearly 20 old lines on the the bridge( if you play violin every day it will broken very soon) I kept all the pics and I took it to Johnson string in newton finished the inspection, since I don’t want keep it, she began to use lots of email to bother me try to let me keep the broken violin, she even slandered me of the sound post of the broken violin. Who will pay hundreds dollars to fix your broken violin?? And I even don’t want it. Do I need to broken it if I want to return it??? Then I asked for the return. And I paid the priority return shipping to send the old broken poor violin back. It stayed in their custom for one month even they received the notices and pick up….they know it is not a good one otherwise who will let the instrument be outside during the summer for almost one month? also she is a racist( even she is doing a worldwide business including China) she said everyone in China makes trouble. I kept all her emails and sent to my bank. My bank is now researching all the situation. Also I will contact my lawyer to take care of this racial discrimination, business fraud, calumniate and infringement. After my bank started researching I got the money back. All the eBay buyers or sellers, even you are sellers on eBay, but you are buyers on the other website .if you suffered all of this as a customer. How would you do?
