First off, dont give into a buyer's bullshit. Make your polices and stick with them. Its obvious the asshole is trying to scam everyone. If PayPal and your credit card company says ship to the billable address of the credit card then thats what you do, $1500 of car parts and he cant have it shipped to his house because its being remodelled, what a bunch of horse shit! What the fuck does having his house remodelled have to do with car shocks, the moron cant pick up a mother fucken box that is 20lbs. Take each one of these reports and file a report with the state police if you can get a valid credit card address.
