He purchased an item with variables (fragrances). If the customer does not choose a particular fragrance, I send our most popular fragrance. I clearly state in the listing that they need to tell me if they want a particular fragrance. When he contacted me about his error, he claimed that he requested a specific fragrance. I asked him to point me toward the message where he made a specific request. He refused to do this. I also volunteered to swap out the fragrance, all he had to do was to send the unwanted one back. He refused to do this unless I paid for it. He left negative feedback and when I responded to it, he started a paypal chargeback. He knew that I had documentation on my side, so he manufactured emails to back up his case. If you look at his feedback left for others, he appears to get off leaving bad reviews, sometimes three in one day. Over the course of our correspondence, he got more and more abusive. I have paperwork to back up every claim I have made here. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN.
