Thats the first sign of a thief is zero feedback. As long as the item was shipped to a confirmed address there is nothing to worry about. If you shipped to a non confirmed address than that's your fault and stupid as well. You ignored what you legally agreed to and what was told to you point blank. If you did that, then you deserve to have your funds stolen because no one should pay for your carelessness and stupidity.

Well, in fact, even the buyer is a 0-feedback ID, the shipping address is confirmed. I'm not sure how they can do that.
Another thing is I not only want my money back, I want the evil buyers get punished in some way, instead of PayPal or credit card company swallow the cost.

by using this site, you're in breach of ebay policy, If the user would ever report you by using ebay to provide personal information to the public without consent your account will be banned immediately and you can get sue. I have this before.
