Details: | Customer filed a claim and was refunded. We contacted the customer to alert him of the refund and that we are investigating what happened with the order, should he receive it after the refund we emailed instructions on how to refuse delivery as return to sender so the package could be returned back to us at no cost to him. He emails back saying that he indeed did receive the order and that we needed to compensate him since it arrived a few days later than Amazon estimated. We let him know that a full refund was already issued and asked again to return to sender to have the already refunded product returned to us. He again emails us saying that he will not return the Funko and we need to compensate him for it arriving late. Since the order was already fully refunded he wanted us to pay him to keep a Funko that he was no longer charged for. Please avoid orders by him unless you want to lose both money and product. |
