Buyer bought a brand new item from us and they broke it. eBay messaging confirms that they broke the item. The buyer started a PayPal case that the item arrived damaged. PayPal will not review eBay messaging and allowed the buyer to send back an open, used, dirty, broken item to us and forced us to refund the full amount.

We would not recommend sending anything of any value to this buyer.
