Buyer is unreasonable in their demands. Upon receiving the exact item ordered, pictured and described they attempt to claim it doesn't match an item never before viewed by the seller. They then sabotage feedback scores within a single reply to their query. Unreasonable, hurtful buyer - beware of them.
