Buyer purchased 3 perfectly good winter hats. Then files a complaint 15 days after receiving the hats. Tells ebay that she just received them when tracking shows otherwise. Send me a picture with holes in all the hats. When you look at the picture it looks like someone stuck them with a pen. Went and checked the buyer on Toolhaus and sure enough she has done the same thing to other sellers. Buying a item that was perfectly good and damaging it and then asking for a refund.
