Paypal put a hold on the purchase and did not notify the buyer, item was sent out and Paypal issued a refund to the buyer. Multiple messages were sent to Paypal. E-bay was notified but a case could not be opened. Multiple messages to buyer were sent but unanswered. Buyer accused me of opening a case, they were informed that Paypal said it was a problem with their account. I sent an invoice to the buyer through Paypal and several reminders and no response. Buyer never paid for item and has ignored multiple messages asking for payment.
