Purchased me a Win 7 pro. edition via PayPal.
3 weeks later he emailed me saying he tried it but not like it, preferring a Win 8 and asked for refund.
I refused as he already broke the seal and installed it on his PC, this cannot be re-sold.

He then filed a Credit Card chargeback ( not dispute on PayPal ) with reason ( missing items ).
He told his bank that the item he purchased was a empty box, and he is going to return it./

Yesterday I recived an empty box from him, with a tracking number.
And that empty box is not even a Microsoft product !
