FABIEN BOCQUET placed a hold on our PayPal funds instead of filing a support ticket, as requested, and he exclaimed and rudely implied that due to our incompetence, he hadn't received his order yet. Acting that way, he forced us to refund him or plead with him to reconsider his PayPal dispute, even though the untracked shipment may still arrive. Our T&C states "disputes mean blacklisting" so we refunded him and put him on our site and here as a warning to other sellers. This guy will take your money out of your pocket when things don't go fast enough for him and he'll blame transit delays on you.
