Details: | Buyer tried classic scam. Found our item potentially listed in the wrong category. even though item had clear pictures with measurements, buyer insisted it was not as described. casually mentioned several times being in contact with ebay customer service. further tried to say her printer didnt work to print return label. tried her best to get refund and keep item. during which time the item was actually listed in her own ebay store. this buyer clearly trolls ebay looking for potential victims. and does the entire song and dance routine like an old pro. |

As long as your in possession of the funds, she legally owns the item. The thing you can do is document everything this scammer says and use it against her. But until the funds are transfered back to her she still owns the item.
