He'll bully any new small shop to take advantage from them. He buys one or two items. After receive them, he'll find any small or ridiculous reason to complain and ask for partial refund. Or he'll leave negative feedback. Even when you apologize and do a partial refund for him, he'll ask for more. He'll threaten you to do that. And in the end, he gets the refund and still leave negative feedbacks

Don't deal with him and block him asap. Such a horrible buyer.
