Yael Wagner bought new Jeffrey Campbell Lita shoes that I had painstakingly taken lot's and lots of pictures of the exact shoes I sent her, never worn or the stuffing removed. Within a week she left me negative feedback and filed a complaint that they were not as described, she then went on to upload what was obviously worn shoes and said I sent them to her. I paid the shipping to her and had to pay the shipping to get them back used.
