We agreed on Offer Price, then she didn't want to pay Sales Tax. I filed for a transaction cancellation and she declined it. Paid for the bracelet and as soon as she received it, she emailed me "it wasn't her" but that she was too busy to return it right away. She would put it in the mail the Thursday after she got it, which was on a Saturday! When I received it back, it was all polished!!! Did she use it and send it back??? I asked why she had done this to a vintage piece of jewelry and, of course, she never deemed me worthy of a response.
