Details: | Customer ordered an item on a marketplace and said that it was damaged in transit. Customer then mailed the item back to us and asked for a replacement. We shipped the replacement free of charge and provided customer with the tracking number for the replacement. One day after we shipped the replacement, the customer then filed a claim with the Marketplace saying that they wanted a refund (of course after messaging us that they wanted a replacement and not a refund). Bad buyer for sure. |
