Buyer ordered a used well tested item instead of new ones we have available also. Claimed damaged and not like new condition upon receiving. No proof provided was provided whatsoever.

We responded within 24 hours with free method to return item back to us for full refund including original shipping cost. Buyer had no interest in this and choose to keep the item leaving us negative feedback just like 2 other vendors in the buyer's last 10 feedbacks only that had the same problem.

This buyer only wants to take advantage of sellers on eBay and makes up excuses without any backup or intent to return items. This is basically stealing. Beware this dishonest person that is definitely the 1% to watch out for.
