When confronted this buyer made up every lie after lie. (1) when we asked them why they filed a dispute when they knowing had the email from us saying the item was shipped on 10/19, the came up with the most rediciouls excuse saying that the email we sent said not to contact them, when it says "if you have a problem contact our support site at www.xxx.com"numerous times. and (2) they falsified their information the so called "Tina Carr" is not a girl but a guy. Googling their email address turns out to be a guy offering housecleaning services while dressed in a maids uniform. So even the paypal records were falsified.

This theif did the same thing to us. Bought the item the night before and then filed a dispute the next day claiming the product was not received. Total scum bag from New York!
