customer ordered a part for his car and assumed that it should come with parts that it does not come with. he then called 50 times trying to extort and harrass our sales people to send him the part which is not included and something we do not even sell. its an optional part that is not even required. customer still has the part and decided to do a charge back so now he stole our part and he now took back our money
