This buyer purchased a brand new lighter from our amazon store front. We shipped on the 10th, it and he received it on the 16th. A week later he wanted it to return it. We arranged the pick up and the lighter we received was definitely not the one we sent him. We sent us an old scratched version of the one we shipped him. Amazon refunded the buyer, therefore we lost both, money and the lighter. Be extremely aware of this buyer!
