Buys Wii U videogames, the buyer sends a message "did not receive the item yet", when the seller responds, the buyer reports AtoZ and says: "The game still hasn’t arrived. Contacted the seller and no info was given." I know something is wrong when the buyer says "no info given", and an info message was given by me. The buyer leaves negative feedback on the seller's Amazon account: "Did not get my package." Therefore, the buyer takes everything: Videogame, money (including shipping costs), and brings down seller Amazon account metrics from both AtoZ and negative feedback. Messages will never get a reply. I am warning all sellers to expect only problems with this buyer. Bad buyers do not realize that sellers work hard to fulfill reliable sales and delivery with costs, while bad buyers enjoy free (stolen) items without conscience (is a criminal act).
