Buyer purchased Radio Transceiver, 3 days after payment (overseas shipping) the item delivered,
with a proof of signature for receiving. yet, at the same day, the buyer claimed he never received the parcel and opened a case at eBay. after reviewing the case, (lucky me I was smart enough to ship it with track # and delivery confirmation), eBay found me not responsible, BUT, refund him for $180.- he paid. absolute clear theft (stupid ebay).
