Order Arrived in Late one Evening.
Every-one at the warehouse had a "Bad Feeling" about the Purchase.
I personally sent many eMails to buyer to ensure that the Buyer wanted the product & knew what the product was & had reviewed the listing fully & read through our eMails prior to printing out the shipping label.
Buyer kept using the "Ask Seller a Question" from the listing instead of responding to our eMail communiques directly.
Buyer also gave ambiguous single word or incomplete sentence Answers.
So, to ensure everything 100% we even included a PRE-PAID SASE with the buyers order to allow Buyer a VERY easy return for 100% refund at no cost to the buyer.
His unwarranted Negative:
"This product flat out sucks don't buy it!! Junk! Annoying emails! FFFFFFF Buyer: steven_auer14 ( 4 ) Mar-26-12 05:54"
A reply from Buyer to our appeal to resolve it:
"Dear casmige, Well due to your product being such trash and your annoying emails that you would send 7 before I had time to reply, which is irregular in this country , I threw it right in the trash, I am not worried about a 20 dollar refund as long as no one else buys this product amongst Audi and VW owners- steven_auer14".
