Knows the item was shipped, knows the shipment time frame, legally agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale which again clearly state the shipment time frame, then this idiot files a dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise knowing the item was shipped. Then thinks he can strike up a conversation like nothings happened when he knew he just filed a fraud dispute over a $5 cell phone battery. Morons like him should not be allowed on the internet.
