Buyer purchased on a Sunday, in the drop downs to checkout they have to acknowledge SPECIFICALLY that 'no proof is sent'. Monday (after item is made and shipping early) they said they want to cancel order because they expected a proof. When I responded politely that the listing says no proof, but I am shipping early for them (Tuesday instead of Wednesday) with the personalization they provied (copied/pasted) - their response was they were reporting me & "YOU ARE SLOW".
