Claimed item she received was faulty. We provided return label and got it back only to find out a cheap crap product was sent back and not what we shipped. Customer then insisted this is what she received and wanted refund.
I have just come across this and would appreciate us finding a solution that could get me removed from this list. I still have the emails from the incident and the rest was discussed over the phone with the seller.
The belt was a gift and the recipient made a mistake and due to the fact that I had not opened it (as it was a gift), I returned it in good faith as he was certain that was the belt he had been given. During the phone call I realised the mistake and apologised to the seller. Please contact me so we can resolve it as this could affect my life from a single, simple mistake which I have apologised for.
