Switched out a brand new $700 vacuum, thinking we didn't notice. Sent back a unit with a completely different serial number, trying to get a full refund. Doesn't bother opening a claim with Amazon, probably because he has been warned already. Opens a chargeback instead. Might be using stolen credit card.
