Buyer purchased multiple items from me. But, I have a 7 day policy payment. All of my items are run on an automatic software system, and complies with all ebay rules. So, after 3 days an unpaid item case opens then the buyer has 4 additional days to pay, totaling 7 days.
This buyer waited 3 days, and so of course, the automatic ebay system kicks in for an unpaid item. But the buyer still have 4 additional days to pay. So, buyer pays for the item, after unpaid item case opens. Naturally, as soon as I receive payment, I'll ship the item to the buyer the very next business day. I also upgraded her shipping to priority mail for free, as a kind gesture.
Well, I didn't hear from this buyer till three weeks later when she left me neutral stating that I didn't give her enough time to pay and I falsely advertise my payment terms. What an ungrateful person!!! If this person would have asked me, then I would have simply explained to her, the procedure. But, she insists on leaving neutral feedback's, whenever she feels things don't go her way. I looked at her account, and it seems that she has also left neutral feedback's to other sellers. She knows that she can't leave a negative based on her claims as ebay will automatically remove such complaints, so she will leave you neutral instead. I will never do business with this person again!!
