Sounds like your from the US. The only person that is scammed is you. YOU KNEW shipping to an unconfirmed address you were not covered by seller protection. YOU KNEW there would be some kind of risk of shipping. If it was a confirmed address, did you place tracking on the item. If you didnt, then YOU KNEW if the item was going to be disputed YOU KNEW you'd have to supply tracking information.

Ooh are we blaming the victim now, Nikolay Seliverstov? Tracking does not matter if the person is honest. If you really honest you can just pay back the amount after you receive the item.
