As stated from Jan. 2015 on here with a different seller, this buyer is a scam. Buys an expensive item thru ebay, then sends message thru Paypal, circumventing ebay, asking seller to mail to an address in Japan. Payment is "withheld" on Paypal while they are investigating if it's legit.

I cancelled order and reported to ebay. The other message on this site states they reported to ebay also. I asked the ebay rep and they denied this. So I'm documenting here that I did report to both ebay and Paypal, in case this happens to you.
