I asked him to provide picture proof he showed me a different one Nokia phone . He said this is a phone I sent him and not working ata ll. WTF ??
He must be too good with filing " not as described " PP dispute " What can I do now ? |

Just for the fact he extorting for extra $$$ is enough for eBay, or PayPal in most case to drop case and put it in your favor. Worst second option if the don't explain to customer service agent what he trying to pull in detail refer to the picture he sent you when and explain he trying to scam you and use picture showing the Nokia as proof and that what you sent him and use auction pictures as proof. PayPal will now make you print screen the messages as proof and sent it to them. Dealt with my fair share of scammer on eBay and classic switch the item and get the money back scam.
