Scammed me also! Claimed the item was "not as described". Then went on to file a complaint to Ebay and got a full refund back! ($200!!!) She never returned the item! She claimed she already sold the item! She is abusing the buyer protection program and should be removed from Ebay immediately before she scams someone else!!!

Neither one of these comments are true . The first comment I had spoken to the seller and told him about the confusion. I was out of the country when I ordered the item . I asked my brother if it arrived yet and he said no so I opened a case but to his mistake it did arrive , which i explained to the seller ,but it was claimed to be NEW. They were a pack of extensions clearly died and cut .. every weft was a different length . And the item i was selling on my eBay that the seller is claiming were his, were my old extensions Bc i had thought i bought these new ones .. also he was letting his 16 year old operate his eBay which eBay saw in my messages and had revoked his privileges so i guess he’s taking it out on me that his daughter sold me used extensions as new ..

The second comment also was suppose to be new but was clearly used .. I asked eBay for a refund and I got a refund which then eBay said DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK since that is the buyer protection program . I then emailed her and told her to get ahold of eBay if she was upset with what they told me Bc I had already got rid of them since she messaged me about a few weeks later . Then she had threatened to arrive at my house which I thought was a little strange and overreactive .. overall I was the one scammed .. when you list an item as knew I expect them to arrive new , I didn’t think that was too hard to ask for.

Item was brand new in packaging, untouched, and my account has never been restricted as I have 100% positive feedback since 2000.

You’ve already been reported to eBay as a scammer , for sending me nasty inappropriate messages and for letting a minor use your account , so I don’t need to convince anyone of believing me , you already did that . I’m sorry I know the rules of eBay and you don’t. I did nothing wrong I received used extensions and asked you for a refund if I send them back and you made it this big scam ordeal. eBay has a money back guarantee if your not satisfied so there is nothing to report me for . I’m sorry your mad that you didn’t get away with scamming me.

eBay did NOT tell you not to return the item. I don't know whether the extensions were new or used or what, but, there is nothing in the eBay buyer protection program that says you get a refund and get to keep the item. eBay may side with the buyer 99% of the time, but, even they can't broker outright fraud - if the buyer wants his or her item back before issuing a refund, you'd better have that item.

I'm guessing that's what you REALLY ran into with eBay, and why you ended up running to PayPal for your refund. You've essentially outed yourself as having committed fraud. I find you guilty of First Degree Swindling and sentence you to the Blocked Bidder List for 5 years with possibility of parole in 30 months. So ordered!
