This POS deliberately filed a dispute claiming not as described for the sole purpose of trying to scam company. Filed dispute knowing full well item was used and filed fraud dispute to see if he could steal product for 1/2 the price he paid. This ahole will be facing mail order frau charges.

More of this document signing craziness... what ARE these "documents?" You can't make a customer sign a waiver just to buy something - you can either sell it to them, or choose not to.
I'm no fan of bad buyers, but, there is a small percentage of sellers on here that have some absolutely insane ideas about how things work.
