Ordered a NEW low cost video box where outbound and return shipping costs were as much as the item cost. Claimed she couldn't make Netflix or Hulu show Subtitles and Captions. We told her that was a setting in the apps and to call the Customer Service for the apps as that was not an issue with the hardware. She requested a refund through PayPal saying the NEW hardware was broken/defective after she did a factory reinstall and worked on it. We have to assume she has bricked the device, but she knew eBay would require us to pay return shipping, so now she has the device AND her money. She changed her eBay user name in the last week so we are including other identifying information.
