Buyer purchased Handbag & Wallet set from us for $400, decided to return for full refund. Only returned the Handbag, and claimed that she returned both asking for full refund. Here is the exact response: "I made sure that I returned everything that was sent to me. I have no need for the wristlet. I only took the purse out of the box and knew I did not like it. I put it in the box and took it to the ups store to be sent back. I have know reason to have keep the wristlet. Please do not accuse me of doing something that I did not do...thank you"
