Customer placed the order. Days later after receiving the item, filed a return stating the item was damaged. We approved the request but the customer did not want to send the item back to us.

Here was the customer's response:
"Hello. I am not able to return the package for numerous reasons. The first is because I don't have a printer to to print out the label. And the other reason is because I can't send it because USPS have lots my packages numerous times. An also because it would be difficult to me too send the item. "

We decided to not deal with the matter any further wasting our time and resources so we refunded his money. Everyone beware of this buyer!
