This individual purchased a computer on eBay. The listing mentioned that the computer was covered under Lenovo warranty. However, the buyer is from South Korea. When he received the computer he found out that the warranty is not valid in South Korea. The buyer demanded that I pay him 50% of the cost of customs charges and the return shipping costs he paid. This is because I didn't specify that the warranty is not valid in South Korea!!
After the buyer returned the computer and was issued a refund, he left a negative feedback.
