Details: | He bought around $150 worth of toys, order was shipped out within 1 business day and USPS tried to deliver his package before the Amazon's deliver by date, USPS left him a notice because there was no safe place to leave the package, we sent him 2 messages, he would not reply just keep asking Amazon for refund because he claimed the package did not arrive. So we finally called him to let him know that the package has been sitting at his local post office for 2 weeks and waiting for him to reschedule a delivery, he claimed he talked to USPS and was told he does not need to do anything if he no longer wants the package. So the package just sitting at his local USPS since he doesn't want the package and won't refuse the package neither. We all know if he actually talked to the USPS, they will send the package back as refused because they will not let packages just taking up space at their hub when knowing the recipient no longer wants the package. So we called his local post office, was told there is already a redelivery request on that package. Sounds to me he wants to get his refund first then get the package. He also accused of us shipping out his order late that's why he doesn't want the package anymore, which is not true. Sellers beware! |
