| Details: | Made an offer via best offer, I accepted and then immediately sent me an email saying I was supposed to send them a confirmation email to allow them to confirm their best offer. Tried to come off like they didn't understand the process EVEN though they have been active on ebay for 6 years and in the last 2 months have made 3 best offer purchases. Refuses to pay. I've lost all my watchers and listing fee. |
