Details: | Purchased $22 bowl (buy it now) & paid immediately. I looked at the feedback they leave sellers and didn't want to ship to them. They clearly abuse the system & get refunds or partial refunds. Seller's responses indicate that ebay is aware of this problem buyer but has done nothing. So I typed in their address. Your website came up. You showed problems with this ID and another - chanc_7060 at the same address, and a second one. Next search brought up ID hangwoole-0 in an EBAY POST. Here's the link: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Ask-a-Mentor/Problem-that-does-not-give-refund-due-to-trouble-after-purchase/qaq-p/27003561 Buyer wants money back for defective Dyson vacuum, about $180. They're in KOREA now, not US where it was shipped. Ebay figured out they're a freight forwarder and made the right call in telling them Dyson has vacuums around the world, they don't have to buy in the US... and clearly refused the refund. I hate seeing the lousy feedback good sellers get - and ebay hasn't supported my accounts after some scammer files a claim so I don't want to just wait for the next bad buyer to file for money back - so I'd rather kill the sale ahead of time. I look forward to seeing what sort of posts/info you give in the future now that I'm signed up for email. |
