It is a scam. #1 he has no buyer feedback. #2 He wanted to buy it outside of Ebay. So, EBay can't track the item. And, that way he gets all of his money back.

Today he tried to pull same stunt with me on EBay. Luckily I figured it was a scam. I was selling a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and he wanted to pay $80 over my buy it now price. I also did not put any international shipping.

Just Tried the same thing on me but his name changed to rosmant88

Its a classic scam where the person is using a stolen credit card. The first flag is wanting to pay more than what your willing to sell it for. The scam artist wants you to ship it either over night or whatever service, so they can get it the fastest way possible. Since expense isn't a factor (since the scam artist is using a stolen credit card), the second they get it, the cardholder is going to report the transaction as fraud. The first thing is you dont ship to that Malaysia because its on the top 3 fraud countries around here. The second you ship something internationally there's no tracking (unless you pay up the ass for it) and there's no way to get the package back once it leaves customs here.
