Agree,
This is a very bad ebay buyer. This dishonest person is not worth the headache for a transaction. I just BLOCKED him going forward to all my listings.

They might use this address for scamming people. I’m dealing with a customer under different name who uses this same address. I’ve canceled the order because ups couldn’t find this address in their system and buyer behave very strange trying to make me ship through usps.

I had this address show up on a purchase someone made for an oven on ebay. They somehow scammed me by creating a false page and I shipped my item to Texas instead of California. There are definate scammers at this address.
(you will notice same address but different name) Ebay was no help in retrieving the item. Neither was UPS.

This address to belong to World Wide Parcel.
World Wide Parcel is a Cargo/Freight/Parcel forwarding agent that forwards purchases to their branches in Mexico.
Buyer is physically located in Mexico, but buys in the U. S. using this address that appears to be their physical address in the U.S.. Company's website is www. worldwideparcel.com and on their page they openly offer to create US address so buyer can buy in the U.S. from sellers that do not ship outside of the U.S.
This trick also allows buyers from Mexico to save on shipping as the forwarding cost is way less than direct ship from the U.S. to Mexico. This allows for the scams like false claims of item not being as advertised, not received, arrived damaged and so on.
I suggest you clearly state in your listing that you DO NOT ship through shipping agents and cancel these orders as soon as possible if they still make a purchase.
Good luck, sellers!

Im currently having trouble with a similar issue.. I just sold something on eBay with someone under a different name but same address in Texas.
The issue is that where the buyers name goes, the buyer only put ‘PO BOX’
Which sounds completely wrong, how will they know who it’s going to plus I looked it up and it does seem to be a shipping company having to do something with Mexico.
Should I just cancel the order and save myself the hassle?
