| Details: | Juan Rafael Mora of this VERY pathetic FAKE address that is actually smaller than a high school storage locker, an ACTUAL locker. Juan Rafael Mora is the MOST dishonest buyer we have dealt with in the last thousand by far. He orders at the MOST expensive delivery service possible to his little storage locker with the false appearance of an actual building in his fake business Google profile, then makes up any excuse possible to try and steal the item after the fact without ANY support of the claim whatsoever. Our guess is that Juan Rafael Mora is a VERY dishonest child in his parents basement or something and has to steal everything he buys to make the VERY few repairs he does in a full month. We are the largest laptop stocker in Canada and one timer thieves like Juan Rafael Mora only do this when they do not see a need to buy any part within their country again. Guess what, Juan Rafael Mora kid, we share our bad buyer database with most other stocking suppliers in Canada to protect ourselves against little pricks like you so you might as well find a job flipping burgers or something now because YOU threatened us with "watch what the power of the internet and my friends can do to you" YOU little schoolyard PRICK !!! NOW see what we can do AND just did for this threat back when you refused to return the item for refund at now additional cost to you but chose to this criminal response and war against us instead. Customer complaint??? We responded to your false claim with the appropriate response with no hesitation to return the item for a refund. You are CLEARLY a thief!!! No cost to return for part cost refund but unwilling because you STILL needed it and used it obviously and claim us to be a "scamer (whatever that is but we believe you meant scammer). The ONLY response the 1% of all online thieves come back with is guess what, scam seller, because you have been proven to be a thief and that is your only possible come back. AGAIN, you are not welcome here any more and will find the same outcome soon with any other of our distributors throughout Canada and USA that sell our products.

Whoever posted this report is either out of their mind, jealous or simply upset because they didnt get their way. I've sold tons of products to this man, he is nothing but friendly, honest and curteous. Shame on you for trying to talk shit about a gentleman!
One time I sent him two network cards by accident(he ordered one), and he called me to arrange the return. I would not have known one was missing until I did inventory. Juan went out of his way to let me know and return the extra product.
Please remove this post, it is not only false, but disrespectful. Where I come from, people who do things like this get slapped.
