The seller sent out a complete different box then pictured... He was arguing about it before he / she ever knew the details! Also for some reason they had sold this box on eBay twice but relisted it over & over! eBay Refunded my money! Seller sent a flood of emails and eBay had to give him / her a seller warning! My Feedback is perfect with over 500 transactions as a buyer.....

To be clear here I "Greg Burns" was the buyer of the product on eBay.... The seller sent a miniature Dale Earnhardt tool box out instead of the eBay pictured box and then when we contacted the seller and eBay the seller wanted pictures and started playing games beyond common sense.... EBay returned the money due to the sellers antics and abusive emails.... The purchase item that was sent was returned to the buyer in compliance with eBay! An investigation was done by eBay which was determined that we were in the right to receive a full refund for our purchase......

You, sir, are a liar. If necessary, I'll post the police report I filed on you. If I ripped you off, do you think I would waste my valuable time posting a complaint here against you? Do you think I would waste hours filing a police report? Of coarse not. I did this to warn other sellers and possibly prevent them from becoming one of your victims. One only has to look at your feedback to see that another seller's feedback was removed. I contacted him. He said you stole an expensive Snap-On item from him as well. I can publish those eBay messages if you want to press the issue. I'm not mad at you though. As a God fearing man, I've forgiven you and moved on. I won't allow you to steal anything else from me, especially not my peace. Good day sir.

I personally packaged this item and took it to the post office on January 29, 2019 at 2:59:13 PM CST. Tracking # 9505816316829028285880. Delivered January 30, 2019 at 1:47 pm to buyers front door. The buyer contacted me on January 30, 2019 and claimed he received a black Snap on Dale Earnhardt tool box which is only valued around $30. He sent it back to me and I opened the package in front of a postal employee while video taping the event. There is also a difference in shipping weights which proves that I did not send him this item. I am willing to prosecute.

puremetalride: Yes! He purchased a Snap On tap and die kit. Which cost about $300 at a store. He got it for half of that and then claimed that I sent him some cheap $10 tool kit.

If any members of Greer, SC or Federal law enforcement read this, both myself and the other eBay seller puremetalride are willing to sign statements. Also, with the shipping & return shipping weight evidence I have, the video I took at the post office and with 2 statements from sellers being scammed in identical ways, it may be enough evidence to convict this guy on 2 counts of theft or mail fraud. The low value item Greg Burns returned to me through the United States Postal Service has been preserved for evidence &/or finger prints.

Gregg A Burns of Greer SC, ordered and received a new Alcoa wheel part # 167041 from our EBay store, then requested a return and promptly sent us back a used wheel in its place, complete with valve stem, and obvious 15+ years of road use. Looking at the above comments, it appears this is a regular occurrence.. Stay away from this guy!

The reason we sent it back promptly was it wasn't a new wheel... We opened it up and it wasn't new so we sent it back and a refund was issued and then this... TO whom it may concern at Bob Tasca Ford you will be getting a phone call about this matter!

A fraudulent seller can place a fake Ebay customer service number on their profile or product page.

Obviously Greg A Burns 107 Churchill Ave Greer SC 29651-1437 is a criminal and needs to go to prison for scamming so many honest eBay sellers.

Perhaps someone who lives near Greer SC will pay Mr. Burns a visit. He has lots of stolen Snap On tools and race car parts in his garage. Would be a shame if some of them got reappropriated.

That’s almost funny! The one in question being slandered here has 100% Positive feedback after being a eBay customer for over twenty years with almost 600 purchases! It seems if this was true eBay would have closed the account and some type of legal action would have occurred! instead eBay calls the person in question here one of their best customers! As far as any returns if the product being sold isn’t correct as advertised, damaged, or a knock off product we have the right to return it!
