I shipped out the item on Tuesday morning yet later in the same day, buyer filed a return request and the reason stated "wrong item received".

Thing is that how would the buyer even know that I shipped out the wrong item when I shipped out the item on the same day that the buyer filed a complaint!!!

Buyer also claimed that eBay and I sent an email to her saying that the item is no longer available and that because of that email, she bought the same item on a different website. That is complete BS because I never had any contact with her until she filed a return request. I had to call ebay customer service & file a case on eBay to get this claim resolved.

In the end, eBay gave the buyer a refund out of it's own pockets without any impact to me. Which is kinda lame because eBay is enabling this con lady to continue her scamming deeds.

Donna Rubinstein is a scam artist who is a Controller at Ambient Technologies and a Despicable democrat. Maybe an internal or external auditor should investigate Donna for financial fraud! Because she is a terrible liar. If a hurricane destroys her house, that would be some serious karma.
