Got the item well before the expected date, was kept informed about the process all along. Was thanked for her purchase (brand new branded trousers, exactly as described - 6 photos in listing - + P&P = total under £4!!), completely trashed sellers DSR's, 1 star in every category for no apparent reason. EBay intervened and reversed that action, but only after a lot of debate and hassle. No seller should have to deal with such a vindictive buyer.
