Details: | Clement Malcolm requested the order to be canceled when the shipment was about to be delivered to him in a couple of hours. I explained to him that it was too late to cancel the order, also my listing says No Returns Accepted. He got mad and left me a negative feedback. On the negative feedback he left, he claimed that the item was not working, but he did not inform me about this prior to leaving the feedback, giving me no opportunity to assist him. Even after I reached out to him and offered help, he refused to talk to me or speak to my technician. He definitely made up his mind to leave negative feedback to sabotage me because I refused his cancellation request. Again, he requested this when the order was about to be delivered to him in a couple of hours, also my listing clearly says No Return Accepted. In addition, the refurbished item that he bought from me was examined and tested carefully. This buyer made a false claim about my product and refused my help to justify his negative feedback. |
