Details: | Buyer has been on eBay 6 months, purchased 23 items, and given mostly negative and neutral feedbacks. Purchased a $20 athletic shirt from us in like new condition. After receiving, he sent an insulting message to us "you should get a real job". We did not reply. He did not start a return or state anything was wrong with the shirt. 16 days later he leaves us Neutral feedback with the comment "nothing special". We messaged to ask if there was any issue with no response. He was reported to eBay and blocked by all the sellers in our seller group. It is against eBay buyer guidance, our policy stated in our listings, and on our Thank You stickers that a buyer should message a seller with any issue BEFORE leaving feedback. We have been on eBay for 25 years and it is reprehensible that a newbie buyer can come in and wreck havoc on long established sellers' reputations. Have asked eBay to remove our Neutral but quite frankly his entire feedback given page should be deleted. |
