Also, please note that eBay decided in favor of the buyer, not the seller. If the seller had provided a tracking number that verified it arrived, eBay would have decided differently.

Oh, please. You could send eBay a video of you personally handing the item to the buyer, and they'd still find in favor of the buyer. This is only going to stop when eBay's buyers start facing criminal prosecutions on the reg. When eBay has to address to their stockholders that their buyers are perceived as scammers and criminals, and that's why they can't grow market share, they'll change their tune.

This individual is definitely a scammer, using multiple names and making multiple false claims. He/She has been scamming on ebay for years!
